Angry Ness, Stress, Boredom, Or Fatigue, Is Damaging Your Brain?

Hello guys welcome to my blogs as you human behaviour changes in every situation, but some behaviour is normal but some are so like dangerous for our brain if that person repeating this behaviour everywhere, every day. 

So it is not good for the mental health, or for our brain because more angry will damage your brain cells or neurons becauase at the tome of angryness we cannot think exactly like camly we think something.

think an idea like silently to get some grear ideas for future.

Angryness, Stress, Boredom, or Fatigue, is damaging your brain? So, readers, this is a fact that humans should be out from this bad emotion but yes sometimes is ok but not every time. Because this gives bad results to your brain and we know that brain is the most sensitive and soft part of the body also considered as the CPU of the machine as like the main part of the human body. 

Angry is not good at every situation

Because brain helps us at every second because the brain runs the body for example if we want to think, walk, be hungry, have emotions, cry, or be happy, internal running sense of the body like digestion, heart function, etc. are all run by the brain like brain send the signal to their respective parts of the body and work accordingly so that is why the brain is the computer of the human-machine.

feeling bore ??

Sometimes people get angry about small things like on fight, or someone teasing them, etc. which is not necessary to happen but we like people are in so much stress that we got in anger mood, which is not good for our brain because it will cause a major problem in the brain.

As a writer, I am also so much angry person but I control by seeing videos and I was finding the reason why I m getting angry all the time and the one reason like I want to be happy so I tried my best and in some days I got a great result that I got happy every day and my Angryness also reduce at a very certain level.

So readers yes mental peace is necessary because then only you can achieve your goals without any hesitation and Angryness. So keep yourself calm and take care of your mental health and also about your physical health.
