“Health Is Wealth” Isn't It? Than Take Care Of It

Hello readers! i know after a long time i came back but since i m so busy like i m having my boards this year so maybe i can be less active but will try my best to atleast read your articles and can write  good more.

Let talk something about the health as “Health is wealth”. This is a correct thought that health is wealth as like Money is health because we need wealth to work. Because without health there is nothing possible and without wealth life is not possible.

So somewhere we has to take care about the health by doing different kind of things like yoga, exercise, Brain exercise, brain activities, brain booster, etc. should be done so that atleast we can balance our life but mentally and physically. 

So let us discuss something related to good habits which are helpful for your life:-

  1. Yoga- this is like a medicine for the diseases which help a lot. In the morning just do yoga for 10 min or possible for an hour. Because in the yoga there are different types of Asana which help different parts of the body in the different ways.
  1. Mental health

This is also needed in the life like mental health because if we are physically fit but mentally if we are weak like we having memories problem, pain in forehead, etc. so this is somewhere not good because from both side we should be healthy, Than only we can said that this person is healthy.

  1. Solve puzzle and games

This is good exercise that we can play and solve puzzle to keep ourselves fresh after a loaded work because by playing this our brain will get fresh and will get more activated and one research also says that by playing different games of solving so our IQ can be increased. 

So somewhere it is also a good thing, a busy person maybe not time but he has to do all this thing like yoga and exercise, solving the puzzles, reciting the prayer, spend some time with god, read something etc. to keep yourselves busy and also try to get out from the distraction like social media apps, 

Because all this distracting thing are so bad which may hurt you because it take more time but they did not give anything in return so why should we has to waste our time in all this thing.

So invest your precious time in good things to get something good.

Health is wealth!.
