Hey! Yo guys welcome to another one so here we are talking about removing laziness from our body so that we can be fit and do hard work for our success.

Many people suggested me that please give me some tips of being fit and remove my laziness so that i can focus on my career and i became fit. So here are some tips of being lazy free.

LAZINESS IS WORST THING.
  • First of all you need habit of wake up early in the morning and become fresh. Then you have do some excercises and yoga too.
  • Then you have to do surya-namaskar and if you dont know it then it is available in youtube and you can teach frome their.
  • You have to do excercise of your arms, legs, muscles and all. Then do some breakfast and eat cereals and pulses instead of other fast and junk food. You have to drink 1 glass milk so that you can get more energy to do work.
  • If you are student, LMAO 70% of you guys are students so make clear that you have wake uo earlier and then have to fresh then you have eat fruits, cereals, pulses and other nutritious food.
  • Then you have to study something that you previous day you have done in your school than go to school and do masti 😌 because it is everything that a student only wants in him/her class so that is all.
  • Then keep your back straight while sitting anywhere in school as benches so that your back became fit and straight and you can be more focused on your studies instead of doing only masti.

You have to being mentally prepared that i want to became lazy free and i will and dont forget that you have to wake up at earlier and do excercise using applications. You can go to gym also and dont sleep or sit with wrong position while watching t.v or sleeping. You have to sit in good manner. I know that you are not comfortable with that but you have to do this to remove laziness from you so that you can be focused.
