How To Became Fit Without Gym.

Hello my friend, here we are going to discuss about how we can grow our muscles and can be better fit using day to day life and some motivating ideas.

So many boys and girls are saying that they wanted to became fit but they have to go in gym for fitness but not possible due to their financial problems so lets start.

  1. First of all we have to wake up early in the morning before sunrise and have to fresh first.
  2. Then we have to eat some cereals and pulses wet with water for at least 10 hours.
  3. We have to do some exercises and you can do yoga also but i suggest excercise better.
  4. Some app like fitness in 30 days etc.. are best app for fitness.you have to follow day to day daily without any break for better results.
  5. Then after  at least 1 month you have check whether your body is being paining or some changes occuring.
  6. You have to keep this excercise daily and follow all the terms and conditions
  7. Then you can do cycling, joging and walking in earlier morning.

So you have to follow this steps and you will be fit as sweet.                                                                                              If i share my personal fitness then i would say that the apps which are made for fitness are awesome and i am absolutely fit and i workout daily in gym.when i was 10 i started doing excersice because we have to became self-confident that i can do and i will be succeed one day in my life and my parents feels proud of me.      It would be better if you can effort a gym so you can do more excercise as compare to home because dumbbells and some instrument also required for fitness and you you have eat protiens and vitamins so your body became healthy and you have to eat only fruits and healthy foods but 1 condition is that you do not have to eat junk food or fastfood but you can eat once in month. after being fit you can eat once in week but you dont have to eat oily food in starting excercise.                                   If you feels pain or headache or any weakness than you have take break for some days and you have to take appointment of doctor so that any problems doesnt occurs.
