They Were About To Attack Me!!

This night of 2009 was different from other nights cause on other days I ate more than my capacity and directly went to my bed to sleep but today my sister and father all sat for a discussion where we decided that we must start the morning walk. I was resisting that because I am no less than a sloth and it's grueling to walk out of the quilt on a freezing winter morning. But since I love watching rising sun (I know it's bizarre, but yeah, it is what it is..lol!!), I agreed to go jogging with them.

The next day we all got up on time after freshening up and wearing a ton of sweaters I finally psych myself up to move out of the house unaware of what would happen to me. ( Ahh, it's really scary, May this never happen with anyone else) The route that we had chosen was stupendous, Jaldhara, Smriti van, Gandhi Circle, Statue circle everything was enchanting. The calmness of the morning was really soothing it was a miraculous experience but wait!!

Here comes this footpath where six street dogs who look exactly like German Shepherds were sitting in perfect ratio and proportion, there was a total of three rows and two dogs were sitting in each column. We were passing from that way but then just to show my bravery I decided to challenge myself to walk from the other side of the footpath that means rarely 15cm from the dogs. (I had a phobia of dogs in childhood and each time I heard some dog barking, my heart would start pumping as fast as it could or I may start running if I saw some dog nearby until I win the race and leave the dog behind(lol!!) )And the worst is that I told daddy and sista too about the challenge so there was no way of stepping back. So, I started walking, I crossed 1st lane then 2nd, then 3rd but on the last step those hungry giant spooky pooches decided to get up and follow me. Those big teeth, open mouths, and breathtaking barking noise. I was about to faint but I had no option other than running, I ran as fast as I could but it was just 20 cm distance between us, one dog's paw reached my waist too, those sharp nails, mamma!! I was shouting continuously, “save me, save me”. Then my dad suddenly stepped in front of us( me and those six giant dogs) and blocked the way with a big lion-like roar and his posture was very similar to a lion. That terrified those pooches and they ran away and I almost lost my consciousness in my daddy's arms then my sister came running towards us, my heart pumping very, very fast and I was sweating. But finally, I was rescued and we went happily towards our home ;) (haha).

After that, I never took such weird, useless challenges and advice you all too not to do that(lol).
