Hello friends, J.Harish here with my new story about a bakery. It's not easy to be a standard brand in food industry. People may expect so many variations in our company products.

In this blog, we are going to see that  why our hero start his own bakery and how hard he works to go to the top position in food industry.

In this story our hero name is Andrew. He completed his bachelor degree in Engineering. He help his father to make bread and rusk every Sunday and he used to delivery that bread and rusk in some bakeries. He studied well and cleared his degree with an average percentage. Now he is searching for a job and preparing for some government exams and also help his father. 

One day Andrew's father was suffered by mild heart attack and he was admitted in hospital.  By this time there is a huge order for breads and rusk from a bakery. Andrew was clueless, he don't want to lose this huge order and he don't want his father to work hard any more, so he decided to prepare breads and rusk for this order. 

He decided to took over his father's business until he clear his civil service exam. They don't have any factory to prepare breads for large quantity. They used to prepare bread at their home with some factory setup.

He find it difficult to know the quality of flour and the amount of water required to mix but he managed all this difficulties and prepared breads for that order.

Andrew went to delivery their order to a bakery for first time and he was shocked to see that there are so many people to buy their products.He handover all the bread and the bakery owner test the quality of bread and appreciate him for his great work.

Andrew was very happy that he done this huge order without his father's help. Andrew's father also very happy to know this incident. His father believe that he will took over his business.

Andrew had some plan to start a new bakery and he discuss his ideas with his father along with his family. Andrew's father was worried because he don't want Andrew to become a business man. Andrew thought that he found his right way of life by this order and finally he makes his father to accept his business proposal.
