Hello everyone, it's very important to discuss about your higher education and where you are going to contribute after your higher education.

Today we had an online meeting with our senior and our college alumini who went abroad for his higher education and got placed in an hardware company after completing his studies.

One of our placement coordinator from our department, arranged a meeting with his old student who got placed in one of the top most hardware company in U.S, to explain about the path and the struggles he overcome to go to U.S for his higher studies.

I thought that the guy will talk only in English as he went there before 5-6 years, but he spoke in tamil, that's what his love for tamil, he was very happy to spoke in tamil with us.

Coming back to our topic…

The main reason to choose this topic is, the average age of migrants is between 20-35 years, which means India losing the intelligence of students and graduate during the age when they start to think new ideas to develop our country.

I know that it's all because of inequality in India but If we went abroad for education, you have to pay in terms of lakhs as tution fees and also living expense is very huge in amount.

Students at abroad maintain economical balance by doing part time job in the field related to their higher studies with stipend.

Nobody is ready to serve our country once they spend more money for their education at abroad. They want to make money to solve all the economical issues like pay back the educational loans, by do some job as soon as they complete their higher studies at abroad itself.

It's ok to advice someone when they asked your suggestion, don't force anyone to study courses which pay more salary package.

Let your child to have their own dreams. If your dream is to study abroad, then go for it and try to come back after you got some experience in your technical field, gain knowledge from there and implement them in our country.

Yes, money plays vital role in our society to decide who you are and what you are capable of, it's very rare to see that they respect our talent, that's why most of them migrate to abroad to make money. It's all because of education becomes business.

It will take another 25-30 years to change our education system in a thought provoking way. We lost our mental ability and intelligence by just study for marks to pass exams.
