If you dint read the previous part, do read it first and then read this blog.

I have a lot of energy. Lots of energy helps your brain work better. During exercise, your muscles use a lot of oxygen. This makes your brain think clearly. So if you don't have enough fuel-producing nutrients, you can't think straight. It also leads to cognitive decline. Don't sit down and watch TV. Read the newspaper instead. Studies show that reading can improve cognitive ability by 10 to 15 percent. You can also take advantage of free weekends or work from 9am to 5pm. Try journaling. Journaling has been shown to improve memory by almost 1-2 percent of the time spent typing. Also, the journal is very therapeutic. Writing down your thoughts is a great way to relieve stress and anxiety. Start writing a diary of your thoughts and ideas. There are apps for iOS and Android devices that record your life without sacrificing productivity. Write down everything you want to write down and come back later. We've already covered how to track groceries, take notes, and keep a diary, but writing allows you to focus on other things. Keep your mind sharp with exercise and focus on what you want. Also, research shows that journaling improves attention. If you need more encouragement, ask yourself if you can accomplish anything. Think out of the box by writing down all the obstacles that come your way. Write about how you get rid of it. When doing so, write down what you have learned each time you successfully overcome this obstacle and from that point on. This is a great way to visualize your progress. Finally, be kind to your body. Do something to rest and give him a break. Go shopping, go on vacation or gardening, attend classes to read books, listen to music. If you need to rest, stretch a little. Try to meditate. Mindfulness works mysteriously. Being aware of your breath and connecting with yourself can help treat depression, anxiety and pain. Find something calm while relaxing and not thinking about your situation. Please relax. Please relax. Being too strict with yourself or not getting enough sleep is the first thing that causes me stress and anxiety. Instead, remember that it will take some time to charge. The more you can focus on relaxing, the easier it is to build your self-esteem. If you are particularly stressed on a stressful day, take a deep breath for 5-10 minutes and enjoy each breath. Notice the breathing and the time it takes to start hyperventilation. Repeat this technique before going to bed. Then you may just want to lie next to your partner or someone else. Please take a moment. You deserve a peaceful night. Take a deep breath and relax a little, and you'll soon fall asleep. Remember that this is temporary and you will always enjoy the experience.
