I have come up with another new thing, hope you all enjoy reading it. In our University, one of the clubs called zero waste management (zwm) conducted an online event called waste – o – mania, the aim of the event wants to do something innovative and the main concept is making the best out of waste materials. This event is open to all and it is an individual event, and it is mandatory for club members to participate in it. The student coordinator is one of our seniors. She was a founder of that club. After all the registration is over. They form a group to know how we are going to proceed further for the event and doubts have been cleared. The event starts on 31st Jan 2021. that the participant should do the craft thing from the waste products that had been provided by the event members.

 They sent about 30 materials names list like newspapers, old CDs, and old clothes from that we have to choose two materials that are of our choice and do an innovative craft and submit, many of us participated in this event as it is very innovative in doing something that makes it look beautiful. There are also many event members to clear our doubts online.

As we the participants should make an idea for doing craft, I choose two materials from the given list that is newspapers and old clothes I have an idea for doing paper doll that I made and decorated with the clothes and additionally for attractiveness, I gave the paint on it, make that as a doll. They gave me two days timing to do it and submit it. The participants submitted their craft to the provided Google form after submission everyone is eagerly waiting for the results. because everyone gave their best out of their own idea.

From our craft works the faculty chooses the best ones. They declared the results on social media by posting the winner’s names on the story, one of my friends got 2nd place in it. On that weekend we all had a meeting through google meet with the three winners our faculty also choose some other best crafts so our event members displayed and told us to explain how we did that one and what we did among us each one explained. And finally, our event coordinators,- and event members wished, thanked us for our participation. due to everyone’s coordination, everything went successfully. We do learn new things that we should not waste anything.
