Hello guys , in this article i will tell you about advantages of eating salad.

Here, are some points:

1.Salad improves eyesight

If your eyes are weak and you wear spectacle because  you work on computer or any type of screen for long time and if you are experiencing weakness due to this type of work.Then, salad will help you to improve your eyesight because it has nutrients like lutein and vitamin A which will help you to repair your damaged eyes cells.

2. Helps in Sleeping

If you are suffering from Insomnia or any type of sleeping disorder by which you are unable to sleep well at night.Sleeping is a subject to take very seriously because if you do not sleep for adequate time then this will effect your body in a severe way. You will feel tired all day.This will reduce your performance during work then it will start effecting  you financially.That is why you should try to add salad in your diet because it has elements like "lectuca" which will help you to sleep well.

3.Fatty people 

If you are fatty or you are overweight and you do not want to take much calories during a day then you can add salad in your diet because salad has less calories compared to other foods.It will also help you to reduce weight.

4.Constipation

If you are suffering from constipation or any type of digestive problem then doctor will suggest you to eat more fibre.Again, salad will help you to increase your fibre intake beacause salad has high volume of fibre which will help you to get relief from constipation.

5.Immune system

We all know that during this corona period most of the people are dying because of low immunity.Our immunity is the only shield in our body which helps us  to fight from many  types of deadly viruses.So, if you are eating salad regularly or it is present in your diet in any way then it will boost your immunity and will make you stronger against these type of viruses.

The best part is you do not have to cook or wait for long time to eat salad.Also, it is healthy to eat.People who have busy schedule can take much benefits from it.
