How To Keep Your Heart Healthy ? Here Are Some Tips

The heart is most important organ of our body after brain.Heart is placed in center of our blood circulatory system.

The main work of heart is to circulate blood in our body.This blood contains vital nutrients and oxygen.These nutrients are very important for the functioning of our all body parts.

But nowadays people are not concerned about their heart health our lifestyle is not good for our heart.The food which we are eating also unhealthy which contains high levels of toxic substance and fats. These toxic substances are responsible for blockage in our artiries which can be converted in heart disease.

If you are overweight then your heart is doing hard work for the supply of blood in the body.More weight means your heart will do more work and may be you will feel tired all day if you are over weight.

Diabetes is another big reason for unhealthy heart. Similarly,smoking,daily depression, high cholestrol and being physically inactive are also responsible for bad condition of heart.

But,the question arises how do we keep our heart healthy ?

some of the ways are:-

By adding fresh fruits and vegetables in our diet.Our diet is directly connected to our heart health.

Try to eat less salt because sodium which is present in salt can increase the risk of high blood pressure.And unregulated blood pressure is not good for us as well as for our heart.

By doing exercise on regular basis.Exercise keep us in shape.It also makes our bones and muscles strong.It also strengthen muscles of our heart which is good thing  for the heart.

Try to set small goals or targets and stay on your diet plan.Small easy targets are easy to accomplished.And you will feel happy and energetic after accomplishing.

Go out from home and interact with people do conversations and share your stress to your friends.You will feel relaxed after exhanging thoughts.

Don't sit too much throughout the day people who sits too much or often have higher risk of heart disease.Specially when they are not performing any exercise at home.

Don't smoke please because smoking can damage blood vessels.Damaged vessels can be turned into blocking which is again a serious heart issue.I know quitting of smoke is not easy but consistency is the key. You have to control your urges.
