So, let's start the story without taking time.

Navratri was over. Kinu went to school after a ten-day vacation. Kinu, the daughter of bank manager Kaushik Bhai and dewanganaben, was clever in her studies but did not finish her Navratri homework this time. The class teacher at the school asked to check the homework of all the students in the first hour. Since Kinu's homework was incomplete, the teacher made him very angry. Kinu looked down sadly. She didn't have breakfast in the break that day.

At 12:05, the school bell rang and all the children ran with enthusiasm. Kinu walked out of the last school, without looking at anyone, and walked home with a sad face. Even kinu, a nature lover, did not notice anywhere today. On the way, a grandfather was sitting under a neem tree who looked like an old beggar. Kinu was surprised to see him as this was the first time she had seen this grandfather in this place.

Kinu approached him with surprise and the grandfather saw kinu and said, if you have something to eat, give it to me. I haven't eaten anything for two days. Listening to grandfather, kinu came up with a solution. she gave his launch to grandfather. grandfather was thankful and started eating launch. it was only when he was eating launch that her gaze fell on the precious watch on his wrist. She wondered where this poor grandfather had such a precious watch. To find out, she asked grandfather's name and address. Grandfather said his name Kailash Nath in reply but did not say anything further.

Kinu took the lunch box from grandfather and started walking towards the house telling him goodbye. After going home, she finished her homework and slept through the night. woke up the next morning and went to school and gave homework to the class teacher. after school, she dropped out of school and headed home. Today she met the grandfather again. Today kinu went and sat next to him and requested the grandfather to tell him all his information.

Grandfather laughed and said, “daughter, what  will you do knowing me?” Kinu said I will help you as much as I can. Grandpa said he was a teacher himself and showed many children the right way of life. But their own children kicked them out of the house, and they have been doing so ever since.

Kinu was saddened to learn this, even though she was in seventh class, she was very sensitive. She could not see anyone suffering. she promised her grandfather that she would help him from today. Kinu went home saying goodbye to grandfather. her mind kept thinking of grandfather all day.
