Gopika Angurana In todays world when one seems to be so disturbed by their apperances, about how they look , how they talk ,how another person think of them as ; yoga can be a very good source to build your confidence in that manner.In the busy schedules of our life its very difficult to manage a proper routine of workout sessions but these yoga poses are very easy to perform and take very few of your time to do. A very few of us are born with a natural confidence that make them an extrovert whom everybody likes well others can attain this talent by simple yoga poses like these.

  1. BHUJANGASANA : this is a very good yoga pose which streches your back muscles and slowly prevents you from slouching thus giving you the boost that you need to start up your day with
  2. Mountain pose : Mountain Pose or Samasthiti is a standing asana in modern yoga as exercise; it helps in ataining good posture and gread body alighment thus improving confidence
  3. WARRIOR POSE (2): Stretches the groins, chest and lungs, shoulders,improves stamina,strengthen abdominal muscles.It is great for relieving back pain and sciatica as well.
  4. CHAIR POSE: it is a standing asana in modern yoga.It strengthens abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, its also really good for flat feet. It tones the shoulders, butt ,hips and back.
  5. DOWNWARD DOG : this is a very easy pose performed by bending your upper body in a A shape. This builds up your core and strengthens the buttocks and back muscles giving a power boost to the confidence.
  6. PLANK POSE : This pose is a modern lying pose which is very good for toning ones body and building up stamina. It is a whole body toning yoga pose.

Several others yoga poses for attaining great confidence includes ; lunge pose, tree pose , forward squat, bound angle etc. It should be taken into account that a person should not eat a heavy meal before performing these yoga poses and also if you are having some problem performing these you should consult a physiotherapist first. At the end of the day all what matters is the satisfaction of doing something well ones well being and self improvement. These yoga poses are great for people who are stressed and suffer from milk anxieties.
