Post-Workout protein shakes are also part of my daily routine. Additional protein boost is required after training. Protein shakes are an easy and convenient way to refuel your body after training. They also help regenerate muscles.

One of my favorite protein shake is peanut butter, It is easy to make and rich in protein, it's loaded with fibers, essential Omega-3s, and other important nutrients.

Ingredients used:

  1. Milk:- Except coconut milk you can use any milk you like and prefer.
  2. Peanut Butter:- It is the main ingredient in this protein shake. Use peanut Butter made without  added sugars or oils. Peanut Butter is a very versatile, high protein spread that in not only very tasty, but also very healthy. It's packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber.
  3. Banana:-  It is a wonderful fruit. It has a sweet taste and contains many nutrients, especially fiber that is good for the intestines. Very filling and ideal for refueling your body.
  4. Protein powder:- I like to use unflavored protein powder when making banana shakes because you'll get the full amount of sugar from the bananas. But you can use any protein powder that you normally use. Vanilla is great here.
  5. Cinnamon:- I always use Ceylon cinnamon, also known as “real” cinnamon. It is a very tasty spice and has many health benefits. Cinnamon gives this protein shake a great flavor.
  6. Flax seeds:- Flax seeds are an excellent source of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and other unique plant compounds. Grinding flax seeds is the best way to get the most out of their health benefits.

How to make:-

  • Prepare all materials and measure with a measuring cup.
  • Take the blender and add all the ingredients. Add  ice cubes, If you want to use it.
  • Blend everything at high speed until it has a silky texture.
  • If shake is too thick, add a little more liquid. Blend again until well mixed.
  • Taste the shake, and if the shake isn't sweet enough, add sweeteners. I recommend using date palm syrups, raw honey or maple syrups or low carb sweeteners. This depends entirely on your taste.
  • You can use hemp seeds or chia seeds instead of flax seeds.
  • If you want to reduce calories you can use ½ banana instead of one full banana.
  • Add toppings anything you prefer.
  • Have the protein shake and be healthy.
