Hello. Happy day to everyone. Support my blogs by giving a like and comment if you feel the contents are interesting. Even though we have a lot of problems in life nothing makes us worry about having severe hair loss. After my pregnancy, I faced the same and I can see more hair rounding all over the corners of the room. Sometimes it makes it so frustrating to see our hair rounding. It's true that we women won't care about much after some ages. But it's time to take care of us and follow some constant hair routine to get rid of the hair loss permanently. 

  1. Hair oil: Try to apply hair oil for at least 3-4 days and never ever skip oiling before shampooing. It's a proven fact that applying oil and massage for a few mins will lead to good blood circulation which in turn makes your hair strong and healthy. 
  2. Dilute your shampoo: Always have a habit of diluting your shampoo with plain water or with rice water. If you have rice water it will give you additional benefits, If not try to dilute it with normal water. Even though we use organic shampoos there may be some chemicals that might react with the hair follicles. 
  3. Increase your water intake: Try to start your day with a glass of water. It will be difficult for the first few days, but once it got into the system it will be very easy and you will see changes. If you feel bored drinking plain water go for infused water like mint and cucumber-infused water, fenugreek infuses water, cumin water, etc. 
  4. Reverse combing: 2-3 times a week do reverse combing. Just put your hair upside down and comb from the scalp very gently. This will increase the blood flow and gives a relaxed feel. 
  5. Wooden comb: Avoid normal plastic combs and try to use a wooden comb for better results. 
  6. Regular hair mask: According to your hair type have a regular hair mask routine once a week. Avoid chemical hair masks and bottled hair masks. Prepare your own with the things available in your kitchen and garden. This will help you to feel your hair becoming more soft and healthy.
  7. Yogas: Practice some yogas which are really meant to decrease your stress level and increase your hair growth. Having more stress might also be a reason for hair loss. 
  8. Healthy diet: Diet places a major role in hair growth. It is a proven thing that what you eat will directly affect your hair type and growth. Try to have healthy foods like nuts, fruits, green vegetables, fish, etc. Start your day with a glass of water and 5-6 soaked almonds to have good hair and skin. 

The aforementioned advice is all quite natural, and if you start a healthy regimen, you will undoubtedly see improvements within a month. Once finished, it will become routine for you.
