Hello all, good to be in touch with you with another blog. Today I will share how to have a healthy skin and skin routine. We all have mistakenly selected the wrong product for the wrong skin type. Firstly we need to understand our skin type before we conclude a product. When it comes to healthy skin don't listen to products that are promoted by others, because every skin type is different and no one can guarantee that the product will work wonders for you. There are many skin types including Normal skin, Dry skin, Oily skin, Sensitive skin, Combination skin, Normal-Dry skin, etc., We need to study our skin type. Always remember to choose products that are Sulphate free. Doctors advise that using sulfate skin care products may lead to irritation to your eyes, skin, mouth, and lungs. For those with sensitive skin type sulfate products may lead to clogged pores which in turn cause acne. There are also other chemicals like aluminum, polyethylene glycols, formaldehyde, etc., which are very harmful to our skin. So always check for the ingredient list before buying a product. I have seen many products that skip the ingredients list in their product which implies we definitely need to skip those items.
Things to follow:
1. I would say to maintain good skin, we can attain it in very simple steps of taking care of our inner body. Drinking plenty of water will have good blood circulation in our bodies.
2. Eating leafy vegetables gives a natural glow to our skin. Doing regular yoga and exercise will give you a good fit and good skin.
3. Other than this, have a regular morning and evening skin routine.
4. Don't just jump from one product to another within a short period. Everything takes time and you are supposed to give some transition time to your skin. Changing the products without a patient will lead to serious skin problems.
5. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser. Never use a scrub or harsh face wash.
6. Stop using products which has more ph range. Generally, our human skin is safe when we use products within the range of 4.5-5.5 ph. Maintain products within this range and avoid using Lemon, honey, sugar, and other products which have more ph range. No doctors suggest using these on the face.
7. We can use Retinol once or twice a week, and glycolic acid creams 3-4 days a week with a doctor's prescription and guidance to see a good result.
8. Never skip your Sunscreen.
Taking care of our skin is really a hard thing, and you can see the result only when we do some major changes in our daily routine and healthy diet. Additionally, with some good and constant skin products, it is not necessarily to be a costly product.
Thank you for spending some minutes reading this blog. Everyone deserves to live a life in a healthy and beautiful way.
