It's not just a rumour; it expands your brain's abilities. Many studies say that it improves a range of functions like problem solving, decision-making, and motor coordination. And it's just the tip of a hidden iceberg. Video games are advanced nowadays. It gives us life-function practise like real-life interaction. It is not a Minecraft world, but you will be in that game when you play it. It literally tricks you into practising something for several hours.

There is a huge difference between fast breathing and slow breathing. It is like a mini-meditation. Slow breathing sinks with a heartbeat. It makes the vagus nerves do some work. It is the main manager for relaxation, rest, and digestion in the nervous system.

Express gratitude

It not only sounds pleasing but also gives you a relaxed mind. It makes you feel optimistic and makes you happy all the time. For example, try saying" I am grateful for the mega sale last week" or "I am grateful for who I am". This improves your social intelligence, motivation, and altruism.

Are you a person who loves singing jams or playing your favourite music on a musical instrument? You didn't even realise that you were giving your brain a workout. It enhances audio and virtual perception. It also improves your focus and memory. It has the potential to slow cognitive decline in old age.
