Oruthi' is a movie that made headlines before its release as Navya Nair's return to acting after a long hiatus. VK Prakash's 'Erida' was finally a big disappointment for the audience. There were many prejudices that naturally arise when VK Prakash presents himself in the screenplay of S Suresh Babu. But within the first few minutes of entering the theater, one fire was able to break the prejudices. Especially for Navya Nair's screen presence and performance.
The film depicts the life of Radhamani. Jewelers lie in gold and deny their justice by using their superior affiliation when approaching them for its compensation. The film is Radhamani's resistance against it.
Navya is able to present a very strong character in front of the audience with the same intensity. Navya, who portrays an ordinary family woman in a natural way, made her return magnificent. Another strong character in the film is Vinayakan. In the second half of the film, Vinayakan's character reaches its full pace. With that, the film becomes lively. The director has managed to prepare each scene without feeling too lag. The performance of the actors has helped it to some extent. KPAC Lalitha, Saiju Kurup, Santosh Keezhatoor, Aparna Nair and Mukundan are some of the prominent actors in the film.
The second half is very moving forward and the first half describes the background. The bike chasing of the second half was provided in the theater which was a great visual experience. The songs and background music were composed by Gopi Sundar. The music department succeeds in giving the audience the same amount of intensity of the scenes. The songs were also a great experience.
There is a "fire" inside every woman. She is not always allowed to rule it out. But one moment is enough to turn the world into a fireball capable of burning itself to ashes! It is through such a situation that the film "Oruthi" travels. Any woman will tolerate and forgive, but she will react when she goes too far. At that time, the opponent will not be able to hold on to her! Justice is not a bounty, it is a right. The story is based on the struggle of an ordinary housewife against the injustice of an ordinary person who is denied justice.
There is a "fire" inside me too. Navya Nair says that fire was the reason for my return to cinema. Therefore, there is no doubt that Navya has been able to ignite a fire in the minds of every Malayalee who watches this movie!
