Many problems that start out small can become bigger because of not saying sorry. Never hesitate to apologize if you have done something wrong. Saying sorry does not make anyone inferior. But the fact is that many people are not ready to apologize even if they are convinced that they have done something wrong. There is no history of profit but loss by such egotism of men.The new Hindi film 'Freddy', released directly through Hotstar, also highlights the importance of sorry. The film is a psychological thriller directed by Shashanka Ghosh. The director's film 'Plan A Plan B' was also recently released on Netflix. Although the plot is mostly familiar to the audience, Freddy excels in presentation and performance. Karthik Aryan and Alaya Farnicharwala are the lead actors of the film.

As the name suggests the story revolves around Karthik's character Freddy. While Freddie's professional life as a dentist is fulfilling, his personal life is plagued by isolation. Having lost his father and mother at a young age, Freddie had scars on his mind that would not heal. So he lived withdrawn from the public. All he had for company was a turtle named Hardy.Although he wanted to marry and have a family like his peers, Freddie was unable to find a suitable partner. Then a married woman named Kainas Irani enters his life. Although the two gradually became close, Kinas could not leave her husband. At one point Freddy decides to free her from her cruel husband.Later on, the film should know what happens in his life.

Adi Madhyantham follows the same pace as the moving film, intertwining with isolation, love, crime, betrayal, revenge etc. Those who like slow burn thrillers will also enjoy it. Karthik's performance also helps to hold the rest of the audience.Although the film adheres to the psychological-thriller genre, the twists and climaxes are predictable. The rhythm is not to be underestimated and the director has adopted the necessary pace to elucidate the hero's life and his state of mind. But the parts where the decisive revenge sprouts and grows in the story could have been done a little better. The excitement of the audience must have risen step-by-step as the competition between the main characters intensified to replace them. But the director has failed in that regard. The part in question did not have enough gripping. From there, there is little variation in intensity towards the climax. There were no unexpected twists and events that would shock the fans of thriller films.Although there are a few flaws that are evident in the film mentioned above, the audience will not be disappointed because of those reasons. The truth is, none of those flaws will detract from the enjoyment of the film for those who watch it without high expectations.

Even more shocking stories can be seen in popular Hindi TV shows like Crime Patrol and CID. So Parvez Shaikh's story has nothing new to claim. However, he has tried to make the film stand out as much as possible in the script. Director Shashanka Ghosh's rendition brought the story to life. The director presented things realistically. The director builds the climax with the audience, allowing the audience to understand Freddy and think from his side.Although the film generally follows the path of the audience's imagination, the suspense of what is going to happen next moment is never lost. The first half was better, with proper introduction of the character and proper build-up, even though there was no intermission. The second half remained a thriller but did not raise the bar. The dialogues composed by Aseem Arora for the film are also impeccable.Ayananka Bose's cinematography and Clinton Cerejo's background music can be considered as the pillars of the film. The background music was able to provide proper support as the film track changed. The visuals reveal a lot about the protagonist Freddy. An example of this is the scene where Freddy sits facing an empty chair in the restaurant, showing his isolation.Along with the music, the visuals excelled in marking the important parts precisely. Chandan Arora has also done the editing to suit the nature of the story.

After 'Bhool Bhulaiyya 2', which became a blockbuster in the theaters this year, Freddie is the release of young actor Karthik Aaryan.Despite his success in romantic-comedy films, 'Dhamaka' gave a hint that the actor has a lot more to show for his acting chops. This time Karthik has shown a performance that confirms it. Through each movement of the actor, we can understand how much the memories of the past and the life alone have affected Freddy. When society mocks him and he is betrayed, we as viewers can feel that pain. There is no doubt that the actor, who has fully entered the character, will shock the fans. Many actors including Dulquer have won applause by playing similar roles in their own way through the film Chup. Karthik also beautifully presented the various shades of Freddie in his own style, not allowing comparisons with them. The actor's performance is the biggest highlight of the film. Actress Alaya's performance is also attention grabbing. The participation of the actress was also crucial for the twists in the story to work and the journey through the thriller track smooth. Although not mentioned by name in the credits, those who came in other roles also made their mark in less time. Freddy's pet Hardy (turtle) is also a star who is in the audience's mind. When Freddie saw it, he felt that the makers should apologize to the audience for not releasing it in theatres.
