So this blog we will be discussing a bit about waking up, not late not early but waking up feeling energetic.
One of my previous blog was about waking early and its benefits. I stated in that blog, that it doesn't matter every time to wake up at a certain amount of time but to have a healthy amount of sleep. But to be honest, i do wake up early at 6 am and sometimes i don't really feel like i woke up. Sometimes it feels draining to wake up and it messes with my head that affects my rest of the day.
So i needed a thing or two to help me keep energetic and not drained everytime i wake up. Therefore, i listed some of the tips and steps to help me wake up early without feeling exhausted.
If you mostly feel tired throughout the day, your body is probably not having enough rest. Here are some tips from National Sleep Foundation: Avoid all the distractions at least 1 hour before you sleep, make sure your room is comfortable and dark and you should not eat at least less than two hours before you sleep.
Keep a glass of water next to your bed and have a sip just when you wake up. Also you can actually try to take a cold shower in the morning to kick your adrenaline and hype your energy.
Exercising is your body's healthy way of waking itself upwith energy after being immobile throughout the night. You can always go for a quick jog, bike ride and quick stretching exercises. It might feel exhausted initially, but you will surely notice some changes in your energy levels.
Coffee acts differently with everyone. Coffee activates your body by affecting a chemical that regulates the circadian rhythm of the body. Once all the caffeine is absorbed by your body, it makes you feel sleepy.
Little amounts of caffeine in the morning can be good for you and wake you up very well.
Eating a healthy breakfast will give you the energy boost to get through the day. Avoid foods with added sugar as they will most likely trigger a glucose drop and leave you feeling drained.
So that was all for this blog. I hope you all liked the tips.
