Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my blogs. I hope you all are in good health and are having a great day today.
Distractions like social media, texting or even a simple thing as a notification tone are proven to be the number one cause for low productivity in work. Decide on a specific particular period of time you are going to work and turn off your phone or even turn on airplane mode so you don't have any distractions while focusing and working. Only practicing this every single day will take your focus and productivity to a next level.
Working a huge load can really overwhelm your brain. Studies have proven that working in the chunks of the work increases the productivity in work. Cut your work into 20 -30 mins of work, and then take 5-10 minutes of rest.
While you are in your working time, you have to only and only focus on the one thing done. Just turn on the airplane mode and focus for 25 mins. Once your timer turns off, you have to take a break to be physically free and mentally in a resting zone. And after 3-4 sessions of 30 mins, it is best to plan a longer break for about 30-45 mins.
You have to find your strengths and focus on them. Find your weaknesses and find the right person whose weak areas is his strength. For example, you are really good at writing for your business, but designing is your weaknesses. Focus your time more on writing and the right person to take that copy and make designs out of it. This would help you achieve more in less time, and maintain the highest quality.
Aim to finish 20 goals in one day will probably just end up with you procrastinating most of your work without focusing on quality. Every day, aim to finish no more than 6 tasks. Work until you finish these exact 6 goals for the day.
Tasks that you didnt finish will always move to the next day. So if you finish 4 tasks, you can only add 4 more for the next day, keeping your list clean with 6 tasks at a time.
So that was all for this blog. I hope you all liked it.
