Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you are healthy and having a blast day.πŸ’—

Today's blog will be a bit about how some little things have the potential to change your whole personality, your health, both mental and physical and your mind set. There are things that you can do daily to have a desirable impact on your life, possibly positive. You know how your small actions lead to a bigger effect,  it is your choice whether you want that effect to be positive or negative. So rather blaming on your situations, one should analyse it completely and then take appropriate actions, accordingly.

Here i have a list of 9 things that you could involve in your daily tasks….

   1. Break a sweat…

Did you know that a simple act of sweating helps you detox your body. This mechanism of sweating also strengthens your immune system and boosts mental awareness. Sweating releases endorphins, a natural pain reliever and helps in boosting blood flow to your muscles which improves recovery. As weird as it is to say this but yes, Sweat Daily.

    2. Heavy lifting.

Lifting heavy weights strengthens bone density which helps prevent injury. It also helps in building your muscle mass and burn calories needed to live a healthy lifestyle. Lifting also tests your mental strength as much as your physical strength.

    3. Get your heart rate up.

Raising your heart rate by working out, trains your body to move blood and oxygen to your muscles more efficiently. Have a healthy heart leads to a longer life, better sleep and better prevention of a disease.

   4. Do something fun..

It is very important to let that inner child of yours to let out once in a while and just have a fun time. When you are having fun your body immediately reduces stress, increases serotonin levels, helps you deal with stress, boosts energy, memory and concentration.

Football is always fun…

   5. Do something that scares you..

Embracing your fears gives you untapped potential. How can you ever know what you are capable of if you are too scared to even try it???

   6. Love. 

Love is the reason people wake up to. Love naturally helps you take care of yourself, it can give you a sense of pride to be healthy, be active and live a longer life.
