The state of being mentally mature is the wisdom needed to have a wise and thorough mind. It is realizing that how much you do not know and how much you have to or want to know. It is to listen more with full attention and talking less and having a full working mentality that does a very thorough job. Be aware of others as opposed to being self centered and inconsiderate. Don't take everything personally and don't get easily offended. Try not to feel the need to prove yourself or defend your actions always.

○ Accept your limitations. 

Knowing what your limits are allows you to make more and more accurate expectations about the outcome of your actions. It will obviously keep you away from unnecessary chaos. 

○ Listen more and talk less.

It does not mean that you just have to keep open your ears, it means that the more you listen, the more you learn. People who speak after understanding everything have the upper hand as they can actually hear everyone out and have a better precise solutions or points on the topic.

○ Learning gratitude and forgiveness.

You start growing when you forgive those who have wronged you in your past and start appreciating. Inner peace comes with the practice of gratitude and you spirit is boosted by an act of forgiving

○ Respect others perspective.

Seeing things through other's point of views which will help you adjust to any situations. It is not that the other person is wrong, or they are just looking at things from a different perspective.

○ Be a supportive person

So many relationships and friendships are broken easily just because of the lack of listening. When someone shares something with you, just pay attention and try to understand their feelings. Don't judge them on their actions. There are many times when all we need is for someone to listen to what we have to say.

○ Be your own backbone.

You shouldn't always be dependent on someone else. Be the person you need when you are at your lowest. You must be your own ally. You will occasionally lose your focus on why you have been doing what you have been doing. Have faith and everyone will make sense in the end.
