So today we will discuss about a bit different topic, we will talk about pop, more like k pop which is korean pop like BTS, BLACKPINK, EXO, NCT,etc. Korean music has been grown on the whole world for a couple years now, and it has been good and great. But we are not focusing on how or why people love them more or why they are getting so popular in these past years, rather we will be talking about why do some of the people hate it to even hear the words like kpop or kdramas.
Yes, you didn't hear me wrong people still do hate them and not gonna lie but i did too when i first heard and saw how people are just obsessed with them. Ay yo, dont hate me on that now. Just listen …. okay!
Let us see why people give them so much hate( still less compared to the love they get)….
1. "They are gay"
I dont think being a bit soft emotionally and taking good care of your skin makes you gay, but still even if they are gay, that just make you homophobic. I mean to hate an artist just because you dont like how they look is just absurd.
2. Toxic fandom
I do agree some people can go a bit overboard with that but still it doesnt mean that its all cuz of them. Its the people who are toxic not them. They are just musicians, respect that.
3.*inserts racist comments against asians*
Thats just stupid. I dont even know what to say, so we will just leave it to that .
4. Shitty music
That makes no sense whatsoever. Its simple, if you don't like their songs or that genre, you dont have to hate it, it just means that you are not their audience. simple as that.
5. "You dont even understand their music"
Not gonna lie this makes sense. But i personally just care about the music more than the lyrics. So i listen to them for their music.
Music is music. There should be no boundaries in it.
So thats all i think. The conclusion is that dont divide music and judge people on their music not on their appearance.
