How Should You Stop Comparing Yourselves To Others??

Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are in good health and are having a blast of a day.

Here are some of the tricks to stop comparing yourselves from others.

Convert ideolizing to a more humanizing concept.

Give a proper look at the bigger and complete picture, a balanced view of others before you compare. Try to realize that others are too human beings and that they, just like you, have their strengths and weaknesses.

Learn to live more intentionally.

Living intentional is more about making a clear conscious decision to live your life that involves and aligns with your values, dreams, goals and morals. “Live in the moment” enjoy and be grateful towards what you have and what more you can do right now.

Practice gratitude

Be grateful for everything you have achieved and for everything you are. Try to acknowledge your success. It is rather hard to be depressed when you remind yourself of all the good things that exist in your life.

Life is not a competition

Obviously, everything we do in our lives might involve some kind of competitiveness like your studies, career and even love. But always remember, that you can not just ‘win’ your life. Life is something one should enjoy and savor. You should understand that many who are successful in one aspect of life may be failures in another.

If you want to compare, compare with yourself.

Comparing yourselves to yourself is the only fair comparison you can make, and even this has some limitations. Never think yourself as belittling. Use your timeline to act as a metric system to measure your ups and downs. Keep an eye on how you improve.

Comparison is one of the most poisonous element in one's heart as it is responsible for destroying ingenuity and it robs joyfulness and peace.

Try to learn enough.

If you always want what you do not have, there is a possibility that you might never have enough. You will always desire to have more. This becomes an endless cycle, and it might never lead to happiness. Be content to whatever you have. Trying to have more is not a bad thing but ambition is a great thing if it has some limitations.

So that was all for this blog. I hope you all liked and enjoyed it.
