So today we will be discussing about a thing that everyone has and some suffers with it. These thoughts in your mind. I mean not just that but when they keep on screaming, shouting and raising your anxiety levels, that is when your thoughts can be dangerous. The moments when you become so overwhelmed by them that you just want to shut them up but then you realize that there is no volume to them.
Yet still you feel them screaming and eating you alive from within. You are ready to give your all just to escape that prison. It all just feels like a hallucination that you want to wake up from. You realize that you possibly can not shut them up.
You are finding ways to shut them up and kill them. You want to just scream and let it all out but still it is overflowing that you cannot close that vessel now.
Remember you don't have to be offensive or submissive towards these screaming voices. You just need to accept them, after all they are all your voices .
