Cloud Of Negativity That Rains On Your Moments...

Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are in good health.

Okay, let me know if you have felt like this. You finally got some news about that one thing that you were waiting so eagerly and for so long. You share it with every one you can, you are filled with joy floating in sky, exactly how you hoped you would. But then, out of nowhere you don't feel the same as you felt just a second ago. It feels like you overestimated it so much that you end up not being satisfied enough by that now.

Negativity, in general, is one the things that holds people back, and you have to see what is holding you back to get away from it.

There might be various reasons for it, and one of them is the possibility of all the negative energy surrounding you. It might not be something spiritual or some ghost-like, however it is quite easy to identify. Like if

  • You feel restless
  • You are not getting enough sleep
  • Your thoughts makes you exhausted and drained without even doing anything.
  • You regret the decisions you make so impulsively.

These all are some symptoms that can make you feel a bit negatively. But there are many ways you can cleanse your aura and get rid of these unnecessary thoughts.

Practice some calming techniques

You can simply meditate for about 5 - 10 minutes. Here is a simple 3 minute cleanse technique you can do to calm yourself. Find some comfortable place where you can sit upright and relax you belly. Now breathe deeply with your lower belly. Hold i your breath. And as you breathe out, imagine everything that you don't desire is being released with your breathe. You can repeat this as much as you need.

Reconnect with nature. 

Dont keep you windows closed everytime. Open them and let the early sunlight enter through with that slightly cold air. You can also add some short plants in and around your house for more positivity. 

Move your body.

Working out to build muscles are not really that needed to balance your mental state. You can always just go for a walk or jog to reconnect with your health.
