Today we would be talking a bit about a very common situation, not problem, but situation which might trouble you from time to time and harm your daily activities. Yes, it is anxiety, the feeling you get when your body is shivering and you just want to sleep beacaus you think you can escape your own mind when you wake up. Let us first see what is the proper definition of the term βanxietyβ . So anxiety is described as - the intense excessive and persistent worry and fear about your daily tasks. It could cause fast hearst rate, rapid breathing, sweating and feeling exhausted every time. The symptoms of Anxiety may contain:

Unfortunately, anxiety cannot be terminated but there are many ways that may help you to keep it from being a huge problem.
Here i have a list of 7 ways to negate or calm your anxietyβ¦
1. Avoid Caffeine.
It is also well known as anxiety inducer. But for many, having coffee has become such a habit that you consume daily. So avoid coffee if you suffer from anxiety. This goes for caffeinated soft drinks too.
2. Write it all out.
You see, when you think of some thing, no matter the trouble of them, it always feels a lot or more like overwhelmed. So just sit on a peaceful place, and try to be calm and take a pen and paper and write every little thing that is on your mind. Dig deep into your own mind and write it all out. Now this will make you feel that it isn't really many things to be overwhelmed on and it will help you.
3. Avoid Alcohol.
This just messes up with your brain.
4. Talk to someone who understands.
This may help you feel a bit relieved .
5. Find a positive mantra.
This will help you be stable and guide you towards peace.
6 . Exercise
Just shake and sweat it all off.
7. Be hydrated.
This will clear your mind.
