Welcome or welcome back my dear bloggers to my daily blogs. I hope you all are having a blast of a day and are in great health.

You may have heard a lot about reducing belly fat or face fat, but the truth is that you can not reduce fat from a targeted region on a body. You reduce fat from all over your body. Most efficient way to lose fat is doing cardio and dieting. In this blog we will focus merely on the cardio part. Here are some exercises that helps in losing fat.

• Walking

To go for a walk is one of the most easiest and best way to lose weight. It is convenient for beginners without feeling overwhelmed or without purchasing some equipments. And also it does not stress your joints. To start, have a target of walking for 30 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. You can slowly increase the intensity or start jogging.

• Jogging or running

A one up exercise for walking, a better version of it to lose more weight. To start jogging, aim for 20 to 30 mins for 3 to 4 times a week. 

• Cycling.

Improving your fitness and to lose weight is very helpful by cycling. Cycling is a great way to start exercising for beginners to athletes. It also won't put much stress on your joints.

• Weight training.

This is the most popular choice in people to lose fat. Furthermore, it also helps you build strength and muscle growth. It also raises your resting metabolic rate to burn more calories.

• Swimming

Swimming is the fun way to lose fat and get in shape. It also helps to improve your flexibility and and reduce chances of various diseases.

• Yoga.

Not only yoga is a way to reduce fat, but also to relieve stress levels. Also, you can even practice yoga at your home. There are great tutorials for yoga exercises that you can choose as per your comfort. 

• Pilates. 

It is a good beginner friendly weight to lose weight. Combine it with a healthy diet to boost your fat loss. It improves your bod y's flexibility, balance and endurance.
