So, this blog will be a bit about the daily opening of the day, waking up. The morning when you open your eyes after a deep rest is a very important time of your day. That time decides your mood, physically and mentally. This drives you to do whatever it wants.
So the most common myth is that waking early in the morning is the healthy thing to do. However, it is not the same for every individual unless you get the perfect amount of sleep. Early to bed and early to rise is the one healthy, wealthy and wise. We all have been learning this since our childhood ij our kindergarten.
In fact, waking up at a different time for you can cause sleep deprivation. Multiple studies have proved that healthy adults need between 7 to 9 hours of daily sleep per night. Babies and younger children actually need even more sleep than 9 hours. As the same as exercising, you need rest for everythjng including sleep.
What is the best time to wake up?
You see, many studies have proven that waking at 4 am is better, whereas other studies have proved that being awake till 3 am is better. The thing is that it is not the same for anyone. For example, if you are a corporate person and your co workers are the night owls, then you might wanna stay awake for a longer time as for nowadays the world never sleeps till late. So it helps to do either thing unless you are getting enough healthy sleep. I am not here to speak on what is the good time to wake up. We will be discussing about how to wake up, that will not be tiring and exhausting throughout the day.
When you rise for the day, make sure that the time counts. Do your best to avoid laying in bed looking at the social media. Meditate. Repeat positive affirmations. Make your bed. Get in a quick workout. Eat some healthy fruits. The first 30 minutes of your day are crucial for building the momentum necessary for the rest of your day. Spend this time very wisely.
