As you all know that I am an avid reader…. I enjoy reading books--- many , many books 📚📚📚!!! 

“The Forty Rules Of Love” is a love story. I can't express the beauty of this book and how much I enjoyed reading it…This book enfolds a historical narrative about a Sufi poet within the contemporary tale of a discontented Massachusetts housewife.

I am summarizing the story for you guys.. In this way I hope I don't ruin your read. The story goes this way,,,," With her daughter in college and her twins in high school, Ella Rubinstein has gone back to work as a reader for a Boston literary agent. She accepts the lack of passion in her marriage to a philandering dentist, until her first reading assignment forces her to reexamine her complacency. This is actually not a love story ,,make it two love stories, first it unfolds the story of Ella and Aziz, the writer of a manuscript named Sweet Blasphemy, and secondly it unfolds the story  of the bond between Rumi, the poet, and his Sufi master, Shams of Tabriz…

The manuscript entitled Sweet Blasphemy, describes the13th century friendship between Rumi, a respected Muslim scholar and Shams, a wanderer who becomes his soulmate .Soon Ella is carrying on an e- mail correspondence of growing intensity with the manuscripts author, who found Sufism after a long period of personal crisis. Ella and him are soulmates too. 

Rumi's story is of greater significance than Ella's ..Every minor character makes a major impression..

What is so special about forty----- “Forty is a most beautiful age for men and women .In mystical thought, forty symbolizes the ascent from one level to a higher one and spiritual awakening,”  says Aziz to Ella.

Love can't be explained. It can only be experienced .Love cannot be explained , yet it explains all.

Like love , this book too has to be experienced, not simply read.. So,, guys I summarized the main thought of this book as much as I can.. And here it is…😊😊I HOPE U ALL ENJOY IT…
