Staying mentally fit has certainly become the need of the hour, especially considering the present situation. 

A few moments of panic and we invite a long list of health problems.

So, I believe this is the most appropriate time to focus on mental health and fitness.

While it's true to take care of our physical health, mental health is more essential. 

A mentally stable person can choose to be physically fit. 

But a mentally disturbed person finds it difficult to focus on diets and workouts.

Hence mind becomes a primary area of concern.

In this blog post, I want to share (based on my experience and knowledge) some of the simple tips which i believe anyone can follow.

Not only are these easy to follow, these tips bring actual results when implemented regularly. 

So, let's begin.

  1. Use your unique affirmations.

Don't worry, I will make it simple for you.

An affirmation is a thought you consciously plant in your head repeatedly for a few minutes.

This creates an impression on our subconscious mind, and this makes our subconscious to respond as per our request.

For example : If you repeat something like " God's support is now showered on me. " for some time slowly and quietly and you begin to feel the emotions of these lines, this will create an impression on our subconscious which in turn allows our request to pass.

This means we begin to feel good, and our choices become aligned with health.

In fact, we feel depressed because of the impressions of negative thoughts being repeatedly sent to our subconscious. When subconscious responds to these negative impressions, we begin to feel more negative. 

This happens unconsciously most of the time with us.

Once we begin to take charge of our thoughts, we allow happiness to be our hometown. 

You can choose any time of the day. You can either sit or lay down. Relax. Take few deep breaths. And slowly put all your attention on your affirmation. 

You can choose any words that come to your mind while affirming. Like " Happiness is coming close to me." 

Or " The inner divine is healing and cleansing me." 

Affirm whatever feels real and close to your heart.

Do this for few minutes with full attention  and you will feel the difference. I guarantee! (Because I have tried it in a depressed situation with full attention and I got an instant relief, yes it shocked me). 

  1. Listen To Mood Lifting  Songs

Many of us already know the incredible benefits of listening to music.

If you can listen to any music that makes your mind peaceful and soul refreshed, you will instantly feel the shift.

This happens because everything is a vibration of energy.

And the music we listen to has its own vibrational patterns. 

When we tune in with those happy peaceful tones, our minds pick up that vibration, our attention gets away from the problems and into the musical magic and we feel relieved.

Try this and I know this never disappoints.

Only thing to remember is to stop giving attention to the negative thoughts and letting go of them.

I selected these two tips because they work as an instant pain killer for our minds, removes the energy blocks faster and makes us feel mentally fit.

From here onwards, once you begin to feel better, it's important to be aware of the choices you make.

Make choices of prosperity and joy and you are bound to attain mental fitness. 

And if, for some reason, you feel depressed again, know that you know the solution. 

Choose happiness. Choose freedom.
