After One Week Gap In Candlemonk

Hello my candlemonk fam

Hope you all are doing good. This is my first blog in this week. The previous week I couldn't write any blog. Why because, I was really lazy.

Yes I always thought to change this laziness, but sometimes I can't 😭 really sad to say. Y am like this!

Previous week I didn't get an off day. So I was really stressed and tired. I'm writing this blog because today is my off day 😁

I really missed candlemonk.

And today onwards I'll definitely try to be here without any gap. 

And one thing I noticed was , when many of my blogs got more than 50 views. I'm so happy for that. Thank you so much for reading my blog. So much love for you my candlemonk fam ❤️

Still I want more follows , likes, and views to reach my next level on candlemonk. You guys can really help me. Please support. I'll definitely support you back 😘

So today I'm writing this blog to make myself motivated. I don't know how successful I'm to motivate others. But you guys read this and comment.

I've mentioned overthinking in one of my blog. You know that can destroy you like a hell. I think girls are more over thinkers than boys. There are hormonal changes happening in our body. Comparing to man , women's body is showing more hormonal changes. That's why depression, mood swings etc are common in women. 

And some health condition can really make women mentally weak, for example pcod. I'm one of them. Some days I feel very low. And mood swings. Sometimes I couldn't control my anger, even I wanted to do so. Sometimes I couldn't make a healthy conversation with my loved ones. Sometimes I have to create a negative environment around me. 

To those who suffer from such situations, please be surrounded with those who can understand your situation. I know everyone can't do so. Still there will be someone to do so. They can motivate you, they can up your mood. If you have such a person in your life, believe me your blessed. That person can be your parents, friends, teacher,collegue, lover or anybody.  Always be surrounded with positive people.

In other situation, just relax. If you are alone and nothing to do, no one to speak , just listen your favourite music. Music can heal anything. 

Being lazy you can't do anything in your life, that can even make your life utter waste. So don't be lazy don't be sad. Be happy be motivated and be POSITIVE 😊
