How to start your self improvement journey?

Firstly we have to understand that personality devlopment journey is not somethig like you can stop after seeing results. It is a lifestyle which you have to do for long and very long period of time (may be till your last breath).

Many people have started their personality devlopmemnt journey without even realizing that they are in the processs of changing their life

Lets directly jump into the topic but before that we have to understand that this journey is *really really really* very long journey. It takes patience and discipline.

The first thing is you have to start waking up early.

You have officially passed the first level by waking up early. Waking up early is not a big deal but the thing is what are you going to do after waking up early?

Some people workout daily in the morning but some do it in the evening. It depends on each individual. You jhave to plan your morning routine and organize your day. We will soon see a blog on organizing your day and morning.

If you dont have a idea on what to do after waking up early? You can do the toughest job of the day as the first thing in the morning. But make sure you wake up early and win your morning so you can win your day.

Second thing is you have to start working out and have consious  on your health.

We all know how important our health is.... One thing you can do to take care of your health is to workout everyday or atleast maximum number of days in the week. You have to focus on becoming the best version of yourself and becoming very strong.

The third thing is to have a eye on diet and follow proper diet.

We all love to eat junk foods no doubt about it but the thing is if we want to grow in our life means we have to have proper diet. Diet dosent mean we should not eat junk foods at all and stuffs like that... of course we can have junk foods but not on regular bases.  Try to intake more healthy foods than junk foods. Take control over your tongue.

The fourth thing is to work on your goals.
We all have to chase we have to work on it rather wasting our hell lots of time on social media. When we have goals in front of our eyes we have get into the focus mode and start staying  productive.

The fifth thing is to learn time managing.
Once you goals and to achieve it every single day you have to learn time manging because once you start to stay productive you will feel like you dont have enough time to work but the fact is you dont know how to mange the time according to situation. We will write a another and seperate blog on time management soon. Learn time management.

This are the first five things which i had followed in my initial stage of self improvement . I had no idea that I was in the journey of improving myself and changing my life. I litreally realized after a year that i was in the jouirney....
