The sun rays are getting very strong every  year and over exposing to UVA and UVB ultra violet rays can be very harmful. it can lead to premature aging, wrinkles, age spots, and many more including skin cancer. The morning sun rise and evening sunrise are good for health as they helps in making vitamin D. But the sun rays in between mainly between 11 AM to 3 PM are the strongest and most harmful.

    Its always important to protect your skin from those harmful sunrays. Wear a hat , protect your face and body with a sunscreen lotion of spf between 30-50 for Indian climate. Sometimes even after doing all this you get sun tan or sun burn. Suntan looks like a healthy glow but its  your body's  defense mechanism. The best thing you can do to keep your over exposed and sun damaged skin is  keep it hydrated always and eat so much of food which contains anti-oxidants.

Today i am sharing one my favorite suntan lotion to helps to clear your face and remove all the tans and the build up caused by the ultraviolet rays. This lotion you can easily make from your kitchen garden itself.

CUCUMBER ROSE SUNTAN LOTION

  This is a cooling, fragrant, milky lotion will help you give an instant relief from sunburn and also reduce suntan. 

So Let's Start Guys…

INGREDIENTS

• 1 medium sized cucumber
• ¼ cup of coconut milk
• ¼ cup of rose water (homemade rose water blog is there do check it)
• ¼ aloe vere juice

Things you need

Strainer or cheesecloth, jar with lid, spray bottle

HOW TO MAKE CUCUMBER ROSE SUNTAN LOTION STEPS

1. Chop the cucumber
2. Put the chopped cucumber in a strainer or piece of cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice
3. Pour the cucumber into a jar.
4. Add coconut milk to it and mix well.
5. Now add rose water and aloevera to it.
6. shake well to blend

That's it guys.. Its ready. Now lets see how to store and use it

HOW TO STORE IT

• Pour the mixture into a spray bottle.
• Reserve the remaining mixture in a air tight container and store it in the fridge for upto one week

HOW TO USE

• Shake well before use.
• Spray all over the face and let it dry after that you an just wash with cool water.
