Inner beauty is more important but a little skincare never hurts.
From early teen ages we get confused and never ending questions occurs in our mind like what to apply or what not, Is it the right age to apply these products, are these products are harmful for skin, Are these suitable for me. Is the product even works as per specifications, how to deal with pimples, breakouts and dull and dry skin, etc.
First of all, just cool down and take a break. now lets figure out your skin type. and there you will find a solution.
TEENAGER'S SKINCARE…
As skincare starts from teenage so lets solve the problem of teenagers first. According to my opinion, pimples and breakouts are common in this age so, don't get panic, its normal because of hormonal changes. The only precaution is that at this age we are more likely to eat junk food so, if I talk in a practical way because we all love fast food but eat in a less quantity or make a cheat day in a week. Avoid heaty food items and cool down your stomach as much as you can because problem starts with the stomach first. Detox your body, and avoid too much products
If we talk about products at teen age so gental facewash, rosewater and moisturizer[ oily skin- aloe vera gel], [Dry skin - cream based] is enough and nothing else.
OILY SKIN;
Get tired of greasiness and oily skin. Here is the solution, lets find out;
Multani mitti is like a boon for oily skin type. Add curd with multani mitti and its a superb face pack for reducing pimples and breakouts.
For spot treatment make a paste of neem and Tulsi powder with water and apply only on spots for overnight treatment.
DRY SKIN;
Dry skin not only comes with dryness but also comes with dullness. We are tired of using moisturizers and face packs but the problem still becomes same.
Hydration is very important, so keep hydrate yourself by drinking coconut and lemon water.
Use honey massage your face to improve blood circulation.
Don't use foam based facewashes, Always use gentle cleansers.
COMBINATION SKIN;
This is a typical skin type as we get confuse about the products, either we have to use oily skin type products or dry skin type of products.
This type of skin has oily T zone area but don't over wash your face, use tissue paper for absorbing excess sebum on T zone.
Scrubbing can be done over T zone area.
Note-
After doing all these precautions and then also if the problem remains same then consult your doctor because they will better guide you, you might be having some food allergy or some products may not suit you. and don't apply too much skin care products on your face.
