How To Get Away With The Pandemic. Let’s Talk.

I’ve been wanting to write since really long and the thing is i don’t have anything in particular to pen down but as  I’ve already began to write i choose to go on and finish this small piece of whatever it is. Most of us are by now done with this pandemic and have started to treat it as a friend that u really never cared about,the one who  always came sticking around you and annoying you(for their benefit). Now that being said i don’t intend to spread negativity. Instead lets focus on the good side of this whole thing (pandemic)where we as an individual had a chance to grow and reflect upon ourselves, a chance to level up, change, evolve, grow and nurture the changed you.

Most of us follow a same routine getting up late, skipping meals, snacking on junkies, movie or series marathons, increased screen time, ludo with friends, awake up all night, and repeat the same routine day by day. We are humans eventually we get bored of doing a same things over and over, thats human nature. And then we blame ourselves and be hard and stressed on how our life is moving. In these kind of situations what we can do is spent some time to yourself refresh and think and evaluate  what all you are blessed with , your talents, your long lost hobbies, your interests. Yes take it out think what you can do that benefits you with it, start doing it for your own pleasure, after you excel maybe you can fill your pockets too. There are numerous people who have started their own businesses in this pandemic time. You just have to believe in yourself and invest your time, do what you love and all the blessings will flow in your way. When we do something  it will not only give you pleasure but also keep you busy so theres no more space for overthinking. Aim to wake up early, keep a journal, pin down your thoughts, what you aim to do that day, dont skip your meals, eat healthy, treat yourself once in a while. It is also important to be active. Just aim to move be it any form of movement you like. Aim not to sit idle in a place for 2 hours. Even if you are working from home or have online classes take some break and move around. It really helps your joints and help to  refresh your mind inorder to think clearly apart from helping to shed off that extra calories.

So try and move your lazy ass and make a better change each day that helps build a better you.Take your time,theres still a possibility to find yourself ,to believe in you, to find what you love and most importantly to love you. Realise. Reflect and radiate happiness 🥀
