Chia seeds, which many call super food, is one of the foods we've been hearing about a lot lately.  What are these chia seeds?  Do we get many benefits from eating these chia seeds?  Can pregnant women consume it?  Can breastfeeding mothers take it? Are there any benefits to taking it for everyone in general?  How much can it eat?  How can we include it in our diet?  How does it taste?  Will there be any side effect from consuming it?  Where can I buy it?  Is it too expensive?  So many of us have a lot of doubts
 

The small seeds, called chia seeds, are derived from the desert plant Salvia hispanica.  It is a storehouse of nutrients. It is smaller than mustard seeds and contains 7 grams of good fat.

Two tablespoons or 6 teaspoons of chia seeds provide about 140 calories.  It contains about 11 grams of fiber.  Contains 4 grams of protein It contains omega 3, which is known to have many health benefits and also contain defferent types of anti-oxidants.These chia seeds also contain calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper to some extent.  Vitamin C Vitamin D It also contains a variety of vitamins belonging to the vitamin b type . so many nutrients contain two   Tablespoons chia seeds.

Most importantly, the health benefits we get from the insoluble fiber it contains. 
1.We get defication when we eat a lot of food containing cheeses.
2. Helps to lose weight

In chia seeds,we have a lot of benefits because it contains magnesium.  Magnesium is converted into tryptophan in our body.  This tryptophan is needed by our body to produce serotonin.  Serotonin is a chemical of happiness that helps to improve our mood.Magnesium helps to reduce the level of cortisol, which in turn reduces our stress and improves mood in  chia seeds has an anti-inflammatory effect.  This is because of the omega 3 antioxidants it contains.  Having an anti-inflammatory effect helps to reduce inflammation in the cells of our body.
Chia seeds have insulin sensitization capacity.  Therefore, once chia seeds are included in our diet, we can control our blood glucose levels to some extent.
Another important health benefit of Chia seeds is that they protect the health of our heart.  Many studies have shown that including one and a half to two tablespoons of chia seeds daily in our diet can improve the health of our heart.
Eating chia seeds is also good for getting a good night's sleep.
Chia seeds contain protein, calcium and phosphorus, which help maintain bone health.
Chia seeds are very good for hair health.

All of these mentioned health benefits are essential for pregnant women, nursing mothers, and those planning to become pregnant.
