Breakup is defined as “the ending of a romantic relationship”. It was first mentioned by the American author John Updike in his book Rabbit Redux in 1971. He described it as the period after the end of the relationship, where the couple tries to get over each other. One of the reasons behind breakups is incompatibility between partners. The incompatibility could be due to differences in personal traits or personality, money problems, lifestyle choices, etc. However, these factors should not be taken lightly.Incompatibilities between people have been known to lead to divorce and sometimes even death. There have been many instances where two people fell in love and got married only to realize that they were incompatible.

In case of love relationships, incompatibility is inevitable. Hence, if both parties are willing to take a step back and try to understand what went wrong, they can avoid future complications.Below are some questions that may help you in understanding what would happen if you had a breakup.

Is it true that any problem in a relationship is bigger than the sum of its parts?

The answer is yes! Any problem in any aspect of your relationship affects everything else. If you find yourself in a situation where your partner constantly nags about little things, then how do you expect them to listen to anything significant that you say? If both the partners don't communicate properly, then no matter how much effort you put in to prove yourself right, it won't work out.
