Hello everyone! In this blog is about cooking oil..

Canola Oil:

This type of oil comes from the rapeseed plant and is high in vitamin E and contains a good amount of polyunsaturated fats. These oils have a neutral flavor, making them perfect for using as an ingredient in baking and frying food.

Safflower Oil:

Safflower oil belongs to the same family as soybean oil and corn oil. It has a mild flavor and is considered to have a positive effect on cholesterol levels. Because safflower oil has similar nutritional qualities to olive oil, it is often used in place of olive oil in cooking recipes.

Olive Oil:

Olive oil is extracted from olives and has a rich taste when compared to other plant-based oils. Its high concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids makes it especially useful in salad dressings and marinades. Olive oil is best stored in dark glass bottles to preserve its freshness.

Coconut Oil:

Coconut oil is obtained from the meaty center of coconut fruits and has nearly 50% more calories than butter. Coconut oil is solid at room temperature, but becomes liquid at temperatures near body temperature. This makes it an excellent choice for deep-frying foods. Since coconut oil has a strong smell and flavor, it should always be used in small amounts and only when necessary.

Peanut Oil:

Peanut oil is known for having a high smoke point and being resistant to oxidation. Therefore, peanut oil is great for use in stir-frying and deep-fried dishes. Additionally, it has a delicious aroma that complements many ingredients.

Cottonseed Oil:

Cottonseed oil is extracted from cottonseeds and is high in unsaturated fat and protein. However, if you consume excess amounts of saturated fats, they may raise cholesterol levels. As a result, be sure to limit consumption of this oil to a minimum of 1 tablespoon per day.

Sesame Oil:

Sesame oil is high in polyunsaturated fats and is therefore considered a healthier choice than olive oil. Sesame oil is also gluten free, making it great for anyone trying to avoid wheat or dairy products. Sesame oil is high in calcium, iron, zinc, and vitamin K.

Palm Oil:

Palm oil is the third most produced edible oil in the world. It has a mild flavor, is good for baking, and is stable at high temperatures. One downside is that palm oil is primarily grown in tropical regions where rainforest destruction is occurring rapidly.

I think we should use coconut oil, because of high boiling point.
