This variety of rice is actually cultivated from basmati seeds, which are native to Asia. These seeds have a special fragrance that comes from their high oil content. They are used to make fragrant incense sticks. Basmati rice is gluten-free and cooks faster than other rice varieties.

Brown Rice:
Brown rice is a high quality rice grain similar to basmati, but slightly shorter in length. Brown rice takes about 80-90 days to mature and is often harvested before the stalks turn yellow and begin to dry out. The endosperm of brown rice contains twice as much protein per 100 grams than white rice does.

Bamboo rice :
Bamboo rice is commonly consumed around the world due to its high nutritional value and versatility. Bamboo rice contains 30% protein content compared to regular rice, which only has 14%.
