Hello everyone! In this blog is about types of diet…

Vegan :

A vegan diet is generally known as one where no meat, dairy products, eggs, fish, or honey is consumed. Vegans avoid eating anything with animal parts, including milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, eggs, fish, shellfish, and even honey! A vegan diet is based around whole grains and legumes and may or may not have fruits and vegetables.

Some vegans believe that consuming any food with ingredients derived from animals is harmful to the environment and that humans should only consume what can grown naturally.

Vegetarian:

A vegetarian diet is a whole different ballgame than veganism. While vegans don't use any animal-derived foods, vegetarians do, and they still get plenty of protein and iron. However, vegetarians avoid red meat and poultry, since those are the most common animal sources of dietary fat. In America, vegetarians tend to eat more fruits, nuts, and beans than vegans.

Raw foods:

Raw foods are unprocessed foods that haven't been pasteurized (heat treated). Raw foods include fresh produce, live or frozen raw meat, unpasteurized cheeses, and unpasteurized juices. When buying these foods, look for labels that say "raw" or "unpasteurized." These products are loaded with enzymes and are therefore great for digestion.Foods that aren't raw are processed at high temperatures, which kills off much of the good stuff in them. Processed foods are typically packaged in either airtight containers that prevent oxygen from reaching the product, or plastic packaging that traps moisture inside.

Paleo:

Paleo diets are similar to traditional diets like the Mediterranean diet and Atkins Diet. However, unlike the former two, paleo doesn't require calorie counting. Instead, paleo focuses on eating natural foods that were available to early human beings and avoiding processed foods that weren't available back then. Eating a paleo diet helps people lose weight by eliminating processed foods and focusing on wholesome foods like meats, veggies, and nuts.

Keto:

Ketogenic diets are low carb diets that are meant to put your body into ketosis, a state where your body becomes dependent on burning stored fats for fuel. Research shows that the ketogenic diet may improve brain function, boost mood, and enhance athletic performance. The diet works by forcing the body into a metabolic state called ketosis. Once the ketone levels in the blood rise to a certain point, the liver starts producing ketones at a higher rate.

Your kidneys begin excreting less water, while your urine takes on a deep color. You feel hungry again once the ketones start entering your system. Then you'll experience relief from symptoms like headache, fatigue, poor concentration, and brain fog.

High Protein / Low Carb:

This diet is all about getting rid of carbs, but replacing them with high amounts of protein. Since protein contains four times the number of calories per gram as carbohydrate, this plan is perfect for losing weight fast.
