Here tips to maintain a healthy hair. 

1. Food:

Our body is basically composed of food. We eat food to get energy and nutrition. Some foods are good for our body, while others are not. When we eat unhealthy foods, it can make us sick or obese and even lead to cancer. In order to keep your head healthy, you should always consider your diet.

2. Hair care products:

Hair care products are made from chemicals that can irritate your scalp. Therefore, it’s necessary to choose natural and organic products that won’t harm your scalp. You have to know what ingredients you’re putting into. 

Always use shampoo and conditioner that is specifically designed for your hair type. So if you have thin hair, go for shampoos and conditioners that contain keratin protein.

Don’t apply too much product. Use only enough to cover your hair. 

3.Conditioning:

You should always condition your hair after washing it to prevent it from getting dried out. A good way to do this is through deep conditioning treatments. These treatments are different than normal shampoos and leave your hair feeling soft and smooth.

4.Avoid Over-Drying Your Hair:

Your hair is just as bad as under-conditioning it. When using chemicals, you want them to penetrate your hair deeply but no further. If you use too much product or heat your hair, you will strip away its natural oils and make it harder to manage. Use a wide tooth comb and brush instead of a regular shampoo to avoid damaging your locks.

5.Avoid using hot water:

Avoid using hot water when washing your hair. Hot temperatures can cause damage if they are used too frequently. Instead, wash your hair with lukewarm or cool water to ensure that you aren't stripping your hair of its natural moisture.

6.Trim your hair:

Once a month, trim your hair to reduce split ends. Split ends usually result from excessive heat, but they can also happen from lack of protein in your diet. To remedy this problem, eat foods rich in protein, like nuts and seeds.

7.Try not to brush your hair every day:

Brushing can dry out your hair and make it prone to breakage. Instead, only brush your hair two times per week.

8.keep your hair well-groomed:

Be sure to keep your hair well-groomed. Don't let your hair go unkempt, as this can lead to breakage and split ends. Keep your hair healthy and strong by keeping it trimmed, combing it out regularly, and giving it a good conditioner.
