Pants cover legs. Tops cover chests. Jeans cover hips. Swimsuits cover breasts. Underwear covers private parts. Shirts cover backs.Jackets cover shoulders. Socks cover lower legs. Boots cover feet. Raincoats cover whole bodies. Footwear covers feet. Blankets cover beds. Mattresses cover bodies. Sleeping bags cover bodies. Bedding covers bodies. Pillows cover bodies.

Human heart beats 60 times per minute at rest. It speeds up to 180 beats per minute while exercising.
There are more than 100 bones in the human body. Bones are hollow tubes.Every bone has blood vessels running through it.
The average adult breathes 20,000 breaths per day. Each breath averages 15 ml or less. The lungs fill with air every 1/15th of a second. Most of the air goes out when we exhale.The alveoli in the lungs expand 30% when we inhale and collapse 70% when we exhale.
Blood travels throughout the body via arteries. Blood travels to the heart via veins. Blood contains oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nutrients carried by red cells. Blood carries waste products and toxins back to the liver via the veins.
The brain is composed mostly of fat. Fat insulates the brain. It cushions the brain inside the skull. Brains weigh between 400 and 500 grams. Weight increases as age decreases. Brain weighs slightly less than the spinal cord.
