Hello everyone! In this blog is about dance..

Dancing increases blood flow to your brain:

The heart beats approximately 100,000 times per day - about seven times faster than our breathing rate. As we breathe, oxygen travels down the bloodstream, where it gets distributed throughout the body. Oxygenated blood is then pumped back to the lungs to pick up carbon dioxide before being returned to the heart again. As we dance, the movements increase our heart rate and help circulate oxygen-rich blood throughout the body. Blood carries vitamins, hormones, enzymes, and nutrients to the cells in order to keep us alive. By exercising our bodies, we provide our brains with the fuel they need to function properly.

Dancing Can Help You Lose Weight:

Research has shown that dancing burns calories even while you’re resting, so it may help you lose weight without even trying. Plus, dancing can burn up to three times the amount of calories that running does, according to experts.

Dancing Lowers Blood Pressure:

Although we tend to associate blood pressure with people who are overweight and inactive, research suggests that regular dancing can lower blood pressure — especially among those who are already fit and active. Regular dancing activity can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure by up to 9 points, according to a study published in 2005.

Dancing keeps you fit:

Physical fitness is necessary for optimum mental health. People who say they don't have enough free time often find themselves sitting at home watching TV instead of getting some type of exercise. Dancing burns calories, tones muscles, and helps people stay in shape.

Dancing is an excellent way to stay active:

We live in a world where we are constantly moving and exercising our bodies. Dancing is a great addition to your fitness routine. All you need is a partner, music, and maybe a little inspiration.

Dancing can reduce depression and anxiety:

Many people find that dancing helps them to deal with their emotions. Most people who suffer from depression or anxiety tend to isolate themselves. By joining a group of friends or family members participating in dancing, you can break away from your own thoughts. You can focus on having fun and enjoying the moment.

Dance music gives positive emotions and moods. When we listen to music, our brain releases endorphins (also known as “happy hormones”) which make us happy.

Dance music helps people to forget their problems. Music provides a pleasant distraction from negative thoughts. It reduces anxiety and depression.
