1)Ooty(Udhagamandalam)

The Queen of Hill Stations Ooty, also known as Udhagamandalam, is a charming hill station located in the Nilgiri Hills. Often called the "Queen of Hill Stations," it is famous for its tea plantations, rolling green hills, and pleasant weather throughout the year. The Nilgiri Mountain Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers a scenic ride through lush forests and picturesque valleys. Ooty Lake, the Government Botanical Garden, and the Doddabetta Peak are some of the must-visit attractions here.

2)Rameswaram

The Sacred Island Town Rameswaram, located on Pamban Island, is one of the most sacred pilgrimage sites in India for Hindus. It is believed that Lord Rama built a bridge from Rameswaram to Sri Lanka to rescue his wife, Sita, as described in the Ramayana. 4) Kanyakumari                           The Southernmost Tip of India Kanyakumari, located at the southernmost tip of mainland India, is where the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal, and the Indian Ocean meet. The town is famous for its stunning sunrise and sunset views over the waters. The Vivekananda Rock Memorial, situated on a small island off the coast, is a major attraction, commemorating the visit of Swami Vivekananda. 5) Thanjavur (Tanjore)

The Cultural Capital of Tamil Nadu Thanjavur, often referred to as the "Rice Bowl of Tamil Nadu" is renowned for its rich cultural heritage and artistic legacy. It was the capital of the mighty Chola Empire, and its most famous landmark is the Brihadeeswarar Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This architectural marvel, also known as the "Big Temple," is an outstanding example of Dravidian architecture. Thanjavur is also famous for its classical dance forms, Carnatic music, and Tanjore paintings.
