Ghee.. It is pure..You can see Ghee in every Indians kitchen shelf.. Yes, Ghee is one of the healthy food with a lot of benefits. Ghee is also used for pooja purposes across indian State.To lighten diyas, ghee is used instead of oil.. Ok, am not Lagging.. Let's go to today's topic guys.. Today my article is about the healthy benefits of fresh desi ghee.

  1. Ghee is a calorie thick food.. 100 ml of ghee gives as much as 883 calories of energy…From this, we can understand that, ghee is very much healthier for our body.. We get energy from it..100 ml ghee contains 99.8 grams of fat also.. A minimum amount of fat is essential for our body.. But, do not eat too much.. It may lead to Obesity…
  2. Our heart health is very important to each of us.. If you want a smart heart, try to eat one spoon of ghee everyday..Ghee is low in fat and it does not cause heart disease like other forms of fat…You can directly eat one spoon ghee along with Luke warm water or other wise you can add some ghee in your foods and eat it…

3.Our ancestors have used to eat a spoonfull of ghee before each dinner.. Because ghee can make your digestion fast…It is sans lactose.. It doesn't cause sensitivities in the people who experience ill effects of dairy or casein bigotry..

4.Ghee is rich in Vitamin E and A.. These vitamins are essential for liver health.. Because of the presence of these vitamins, ghe can balance your hormones and fertility…It also contain Vitamin K.. This is essential for our body to strengthen the bones.. Bone health i really important for us…

The reasons why people mainly Indians add ghee in their food items is to get enough vitamins, minerals and proteins from it…

5. Long hair is every girl's dream.. If you want long, thick and shiny hair, you can use fresh ghee.. Apply ghee in your scalp and massage for 5 minutes.. Wash your hair in normal water with mild shampoo.. Do it twice a week and see the magic…You will definitely get thick and shiny hair…

You can add fresh ghee in wheat chappathy, Roti, Vegetable Biriyani, Fried rice, White rice, Paratta etc…
