Are Your Skin And Body Hydrated?

“My skin is so oily”, “My body has no energy”, "My skin feels dry and patchy, and many more issues. Does everyone say these lines or face any issues or observe such kind of changes in their face or body? I certainly did in my past. I did a big mistake while taking care of my skin like adding lemon to face masks or toners that I made. This was the worst I did to my skin, after a lot of research I thought of using natural toners without any harmful substances to my skin. One moisturizer that I would wanna suggest that helped me a lot throughout my skincare journey which was prescribed by the doctor and which everyone can use in Venusia. 

Some of the best toners and masks I used were: -

Aloe vera toner: - To make this toner add 4 tbsp of natural aloe vera pulp in a spray bottle and added 3 tbsp Natural homemade rosewater(made by boiling the rose petals for 20 mins. Let it cool at room temperature and store it in a tight container for 15 days). Shake the spray bottle and use this toner in the morning after you wake up.

Rice water: - This is used for glowing skin. Put a half cup of rice in 1 cup water soak this overnight and use this for a week(it smells bad a little but it is worth it). Use this in the evening or afternoon.

Cucumber hydrant-  To make this hydrant grate one cucumber and squeeze the juice with the help of a cloth(or a juice strainer) and transferred it to a spray bottle and added one Vitamin E capsule and 4 tbsp natural homemade Rosewater. Mix all that well and spray that on your face before you go to bed. 

Tips to reduce dark circles are: -

Have a proper sleep schedule. Use thin slices of semi-circle-shaped cucumbers dipped in natural turmeric for exact 7 mins and use this thrice a week and continue this for 1 month and get results. Do not use Coffee or lemon on your face it increases rashes.

I used this skincare routine for a month and got the best results. I had glowing, healthy, and bright skin. 

Now let's talk about our body. How about asking to take an activity as a challenge? The challenge would be to drink 4 litres of water every day. If we accept this challenge it will keep our body hydrated and will keep our skin healthy too, “one arrow two targets”. Cucumbers are the best source of water in our body, watermelon, and muskmelon are some fruits that increase the water level in our body. 

Eating fruits and reducing oily food will have many benefits like no fat, no pimples on the face, no laziness, healthy diet and keeps our body away from maximum health issues.
