Train Your Brain: How To Think Out Of The Box

“Two percent of the people think; three percent of the people think they think; and ninety-five percent of the people would rather die than think." GB mm

No skill is greater than the skill to think critically.  No system of education teaches us to streamline our thoughts.

The Germa writer Thoma Mann stated tha the writers who write less produce grea masterpieces.  T.S. Eliottge poet of ou centur wrote 150 pages  in his entire life. The best is achieved when we focus and increase our concentration.

In a world where artificial intelligence is developing, people fail to understand their innate ability to think out of the box.  They fail to understand that they have the ability to think better than the machines.

1.Say no to Negative  thoughts

How to think

Our thoughts have the power to shape our life. You think you are unsuccessful then life steers you to failure. So develop to think positive

2. Powerful Thoughts and Powerful Words

Words shape the thoughts. Use powerful words to shape your actions.

3.Self motivation

Telling and motivating your self with positivity is important. Tell yourself you're the best and see how magica  your thoughts are.

4.Your Thoughts are what you think

If you think you are a failure and you are inefficient and so you are.  So think what you want and walk towards it.

5.“Anything that makes you weak physically, intellectually and spiritually, reject as poison.” — Swami Vivekananda.

Any thoughts that make you weak physically  should be rejected.

6.Control your Emotions

Our unconscious brain process even things that we are not aware of. Be conscious about what you're mind  is telling because based on this emotions are born.

7.Alternative point of view

Professional poker players usually use a straightforward trick once they suspect another player of bluffing: They believe however the player would act if he or she weren’t bluffing. The brain naturally filters the globe to substantiate what it already believes however this habit is limiting and dangerous; you'll be fixating on the incorrect answers.

8.Be skeptical of your recollections

In recent years, scientists have incontestable that human memories are astonishingly dishonest. The act of recalling an occasion (say, your eighth birthday party) changes the structure of that memory within the brain. Details are tweaked; the narrative is altered. The a lot of you think that regarding it, the less correct your recollection becomes, and therefore the less reliable it's as a basis for creating any reasonably conclusion.
