You Are Your Own Enemy, Switch To Successful Life

Yes, your worst enemy is yourself. In other words, before you can conquer any outside world, you must first learn to bring your mind under control. Your biggest enemy is hiding within you. And it’s not lack of money, people, or opportunities that stop you from moving forward.

You must be a fighter. A warrior who realizes that you are in control of your life. It doesn’t matter if you blame money, family, wife or anything else for your failures. In short, you should be in the driving seat of your life.

First you have to recognize yourself. What makes you angry? What makes you sad? What scares you? You should try to find answers to such things. In other words, you must know your greatest enemy’s strengths and weaknesses well.

Over-expectation, that is the main villain

Too much expectation often causes conflicts in the mind. This backlash occurs when we expect more from our spouse, family members, friends, coworkers, and bosses. You are disappointed when you expect from them. ‘My colleagues should be like this, my friends are always with me, my family members all love me, I always get paid’. These kinds of expectations often lead us to disappointment. Don’t expect, what if everything comes to you as unexpected gifts? If you can change your thinking in this way, that is where your success lies.

You are not that perfect

Life is not something we can predict. There will be ups and downs. Whenever you try to be perfect, you are fighting your inner enemy. It will take away your peace. The tension that nothing is going right will come through. Life itself will begin to feel meaningless. But there are many other things in life that bring happiness. You just have to try to see them.

Don’t burn yourself out

It is unwise to spend all your energy on just one thing. Life is a long journey. You must eliminate the possibility of burning out before reaching the end of it. Each journey towards your goal is just a small struggle. Don’t see them as great wars. Must win battles of course. Even if you fight a great war for many years and win, you will have lost a lot in between. So goals in life should be seen as small battles. But a goal should not become a life.

Some people just work

There are some who suffer all day long. Then it will go nowhere. Even in work, there will be no elevation. ‘Why am I suffering? Nobody likes me. Everyone is isolating me.’ You have to realize that this one negative thought entering your heart will actually start a flood of such thoughts. Then everything will fall apart. Your career will also end. Because such thinking will lead you to another world. So don’t question life. If you get into an argument between yourself and life, it will never get resolved.

Try to believe in yourself

How to believe in yourself. The first step is to stop lying to yourself and others. We can say that ignorance is the first teacher. Try to know. If you don’t master anything, it means you don’t believe in yourself. The best proof that you believe in yourself is that you are willing to do the work you love. You’re not going to get away with automatically struggling a bit or jumping from one cully to another every now and then. Believe in yourself first. You have to believe that you can do it. After the worries come in, there is no big deal in suffering a bit.

Don’t take shortcuts

You must understand that there are no easy ways to success. Even if someone tells you a short cut, try not to go that route. It is always better to choose the most difficult path to the goal. The level of self-satisfaction that those who reach the top through such routes can be at least ten times greater than those who took the shortcut. Lazy people look for shortcuts. You should enjoy the journey and move on. Obstacles on the way, no matter how difficult, must be met with equanimity.

Assumptions are often the villain

Don’t try to make decisions based on guesswork. You have to study the facts and come to a decision. In short, you shouldn’t make decisions if you don’t have enough information. A good way to avoid inner conflict is always to not believe what people say and spread. You should try to arrive at a decision based on the facts.

Always move forward

Some are afraid of change. They will stick to the status quo. Such people are not going to succeed in life. One should be able to understand that the state of motionlessness is equal to death. Don’t ever think that you can find peace by ignoring the conflicts in your mind and looking at your Facebook wall feed. Be prepared to embrace change. Don’t be inside the smart phone where your fight should take place. Look in the mirror. You have to fight yourself. You must understand one thing. No one can destroy you as long as you keep fighting.
